One Lucky Dog's mission statement is to promote the adoption of rescue dogs, encourage financial support for no-kill shelters
and rescues, and support spay and neuter programs.  These are all things that are key to stopping the killing of homeless animals
in our country.  Our cards also give those that are interested in helping rescue another way to help animals and sharing
information about homeless dogs.

It is simple, buy a card, support rescue.

About the One Lucky Dog owner:

I recently acquired One Lucky Dog from Necel Golden. I am happy to have a new venture which can provide extra funds for no-kill
rescues and spaying and neutering. I will continue to offer premium quality cards and share a portion of all profits with rescue organizations.
One Lucky Dog supports only no-kill shelters and rescues.  Rescue has sad stories, and happy stories. These cards focus on the happy
stories in rescue. It is also an opportunity for you to share rescue awareness with others. Remember a portion of your purchase is donated
to rescue. I believe homeless animals are not disposable, and make wonderful family companions. Killing healthy animals in pounds that
pretend to be shelters has to be stopped.  No-kill can be a reality.  As part of my efforts, there are links on the favorites links page to many
important no-kill rescue organizations and shelters as well as links to spay and neuter organizations.  I also included some websites I feel are
well worth your time to visit.

A little about me:

I am currently the Airedale rescue contact and coordinator for Wyoming.  I have been involved in animal rescue and welfare issues for over
30 years.  I share my home with my best friend and partner of 24 years, Jack, our two small dogs Pearly and Pesto, kitty Shoes, Indy the
Ringneck Parakeet, and a betta fish, Mr. Blue. We live on 11 acres in Wyoming in a small log home. We no longer have any livestock,
though we spent many years with them, from horses and Shorthorn cattle to Rambouillet sheep, rabbits and poultry .

About the Founder of One Lucky Dog:

Necel Golden started One Lucky Dog to share information about rescue, and to support homeless animals and their rescuers.  Necel has
been invaluable to many rescue efforts, coordinating transports, driving many miles to transport homeless animals (including a very large
snake) across Wyoming, sharing information about animals in need and providing a safe home for her own rescue dogs.  Her networking
has saved many animals, and she has been generous supporting rescues that do the same. Necel has given us the opportunity to continue her
goals for One Lucky Dog and entrusted us to carry on her high standards.

Thank you Necel for your generosity and hard work for animals, we, and they,  know how special you truly are.
